Richard Crookes Constructions celebrates over 30 successful years as an incorporated company in the NSW construction industry having completed $2 billion worth of projects. Our success is built on diverse capability and experience gained from participation in major Government infrastructure consortiums through to smaller projects.
1990s
RCC successfully achieves NSW Department of Commerce Best Practice Contractor status in 1999 allowing the company to pursue major Government projects.
1980s
Acquisition of George Ward Constructions. Business expands into building maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and fitout. Continued rapid growth expands client base to establish RCC as a mainstream construction company with substantial increase in annual turnover.
1970s
Richard Crookes Constructions Pty Limited incorporated in 1976. Existing clients buy and develop sites as larger fitout and construction projects prevail.
1960s
Richard Crookes operates as a sole trader. Business consists of fitout and building work.
