Delivering a 16-storey mixed-use tower comprising 162 residential apartments and ground floor retail amenity.  

Biophilic design will activate the ground floor parkfront with 320sqm of green space, a 200sqm rooftop garden and four three-storey high communal ‘treehouse rooms.’  

This project targets a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating, 5.5 NatHERS and WELL Platinum certifications.  

More than $500,000 in cost savings has been identified through the tender process. These strategic value management options are designed to maximise productivity and efficiency, supporting successful project delivery.
