CADET PROGRAM

Designed as a pathway into the construction industry, the RCC Cadet Program provides hands-on experience across a minimum two-year structured program.

Cadets rotate through four core modules, building experience across key construction disciplines:

• Design
• Safety
• Commercial
• Engineering & Site Supervision

Supplementary modules in Post Completion, Work Winning and Estimating provide further exposure to the breadth of opportunities across RCC, helping you identify the discipline that best aligns with your strengths and career ambitions.

Upon completing the program, your journey with RCC can continue, with opportunities to transition into your chosen discipline and build your career from there.
