Located in Sydney’s lower north shore, Pienza is a five-storey mixed-use development comprising of 33 luxury residential apartments and ground floor retail. Designed for liveability, amenities include a rooftop garden and pool, and a landscaped courtyard that incorporates biophilic principles.
RCC was engaged early under an Early Contractor Involvement model to provide buildability input, design feedback and staging advice. This helped shape a cost optimis,nd quality outcome while identifying value engineering opportunities for the client, Central Element.
