Delivering a 15,500sqm, four-storey A-grade commercial building located within the Fairbairn Precinct of Canberra Airport. Targeting 5.5 NABERS rating.
Designed to integrate with the existing character of Fairbairn Precinct, the fully electrified development will feature non-glare finishes and connect to the ACT Government’s Green Electrical Grid, making it carbon neutral in operation.
A local procurement strategy will generate more than 940 jobs by engaging local trades and contractors throughout the delivery of this major project.
