The purpose-built 15-storey, 732-bed development delivers premium student accommodation within walking distance of Macquarie University.

Studio and four-bed cluster units spread across three interconnected wings, with luxury communal spaces including a rooftop pool, cinema and fitness centre. A through-site link activates both Herring Road and Lachlan Avenue.

Delivered three months ahead of program under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) framework, over $15 million in cost savings were realised. Value optimisation opportunities included the removal of 1.5 basement levels and early adoption of an exposed soffit system.

Working within a constrained one-way cul-de-sac adjacent to a concurrent development, an integrated traffic management ensure safe and uninterrupted operations. Collaboration with authorities, including Ausgrid and Sydney Water, ensured potential delays were mitigated.
