Redeveloping the historic White City Tennis Centre into a mixed-use sport and community complex.
The revitalised site will deliver a five-storey clubhouse including sporting, hospitality and community amenities. A link bridge will connect the club to a two-storey podium building including two pools, a multi-purpose court, gym and café. The development also includes a 260-seat grandstand and artificial soccer pitch.
The heritage arches under the existing north grandstand and 1920s White City structure will undergo structural conservation and adaptive reuse in accordance with heritage restoration standards.
