90 young professionals heard from Nick Ryan, Project Manager, at the recent Property Council of Australia NSW Future Leaders event.  

Joined by Isabel Ross, CBRE, Charlotte Price, Investa and Hugh Dillon, Stantec, Nick shared insights into the importance of building meaningful and rewarding mentorship relationships.

Maitland Mental Health Rehabilitation Project – Award

Proudly delivering Maitland Mental Health Rehabilitation project in partnership with Health Infrastructure as part of the NSW Government’s $700 million Statewide Mental Health Infrastructure Program.

The modern, purpose-built health facility on the Maitland Hospital campus will deliver 64 beds – providing upgraded mental health support for adults in the Hunter and surrounding communities.

The facility will include three inpatient units – low secure and medium secure forensic units, and a rehabilitation and recovery unit.  

Since 1976, we’ve delivered over 85 health projects across NSW, including 8 facilities with dedicated mental health functions or significant mental health components.

2025 Design and Innovation Forum

This lively forum reaffirmed our culture of design excellence, innovation and optimisation — highlighting how technology can transform project delivery outcomes and improve design quality. 

Sydney House – Structural Milestone

A major structural milestone achieved at Sydney House – a complex mixed-use development in one of Sydney’s busiest intersections.

The external formwork hoist has been installed following the completion of the Level 9 structure. This installation will reduce dependence on craneage for the structural cycles, supporting the remaining concrete works through to Level 48.

This iconic project underscores the importance of adaptive reuse and heritage conservation, delivering a 135-key hotel and 241 residences on completion.

UTS Site Tour 2025 – NewCold

70 students took a behind-the-scenes tour of the NewCold Advanced Cold Logistics (NewCold) site.

Winner – Sirius – 2025 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Awards  

Sirius has won both Best Tall Building under 100 meters at the 2025 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards. 

The conversion of the iconic Sirius Building into modern luxury apartments in The Rocks represents one of the largest adaptive reuse projects in Sydney.  

Sirius features a number of structural and engineering innovations including carbon fibre reinforcement and custom vibration-absorbing pool mounts – enhancing durability and resilience.
