A first for NSW sustainability certification   

Industrial division sets new benchmark  

Proudly delivering the first 5 Star Green Star Building (As Built) certification under the Green Star Buildings tool in NSW. 

31 Birnie Avenue sets a new benchmark for sustainable design across its two warehouse facilities and office amenities, with initiatives including:  

  • 100% electric buildings designed for renewable energy, with capability to support 200 kW solar PV systems and electric vehicle charging stations 
  • 75% reduction in potable water use, including a 45,000L rainwater tank and rainwater reuse infrastructure 
  • 10% reduction in upfront carbon emissions through material selection and structural efficiency  
  • 30% reduction in life cycle environmental impacts

Molonglo Emergency Services Station Tour

The largest of its kind in the ACT

Proudly delivering the largest Emergency Services Station in the ACT in partnership with the ACT Government.

“Molonglo Emergency Services Station has come a long way in the past nine months, and you can see the progress that has occurred in that time,” said special guest Marisa Paterson, Minister for Police, Fire and Emergency Services.

The completed facility will include seven appliance bays and purpose-built amenities designed to improve emergency response times and create better health outcomes for Molonglo, Woden Valley and Weston Creek.

Our project team was joined by special guests including Marisa Paterson, Glenn Brewer – Assistant Commissioner, Wayne Phillips – ESA Commissioner and Ashley Cahif, Gillian Geraghty, Nicky Foote andCraig Spencer from Infrastructure Canberra.

Celebrating the topping out of EPIISOD Macquarie Park – a purpose-built 732-bed, 15-storey student accommodation tower delivered in partnership with AJC.
