Setting environmental benchmarks within the Industrial space. 

We’ve successfully partnered with Charter Hall to deliver Aldi’s Eastern Creek distribution centre. The site’s robust sustainability framework targets a 6 Star Green Star Design and As-Built rating, setting a new environmental benchmark within the Industrial sector.  

Designed for sustainability and efficiency, the 2-storey 25,725sqm warehouse uses materials which have a reduced carbon footprint including CLT and glulam. Its state-of-the-art freezer will supply produce to all of Aldi NSW’s stores.

A significant milestone at Sydney House – a complex mixed-use development in one of Sydney’s busiest intersections. Three 12-tonne, 18m long concrete-filled tube (CFT) structural components have been successfully installed, marking the start of structural steelwork over the 6-storey heritage podium. 

The completed tower will feature a 135-key hotel and 241 residential apartments.

With REVELOP and BN Architecture, we’ll deliver the 15,000sqm retail precinct comprising two supermarkets, 40 retailers, and medical and hospitality amenities.  

Delivering more student beds in Sydney’s south 

Once complete, Iglu Kingsford will house 285 beds in a purpose-built 20-storey student accommodation tower. Lower levels will include commercial and retail tenancies.  

RCC is partnering with Iglu and Bates Smart to lead the construction of the new student accommodation facility, which will accommodate 285 students in a range of studio and shared apartments spread over 20 floors.  

A communal landscaped courtyard will be part of the site, which has frontages to Anzac Parade, Strachan Street and Houston Lane.  

Since delivering our first student accommodation project in 2011, RCC has delivered over 5,500 beds, with an additional 2,000 beds due for completion in 2024.

In partnership with School Infrastructure NSW, we celebrate the completion of Melonba Education Campus. Delivered 6 months ahead of schedule for Day 1, Term 1 2025, with 500 trade partners on-site during peak construction. 

Proudly transforming a 6-hectare greenfield site into a two-school education hub for 2,000 high school 1,000 primary school students – the fastest permanent build of a school this size. 

This 5 Star Green Star infrastructure will provide 141 learning spaces, specialist teaching spaces, halls, libraries and extensive sporting facilities in Sydney’s northwest.
