Iglu Kingsford Topping Out Ceremony

To celebrate Iglu Kingsford topping out, project partners, delivery teams and key stakeholders attended a topping out ceremony, which marked completion of structural works on the purpose-built 20-storey student accommodation tower.

240,000+ hours of work have contributed to reaching structural completion, creating a clear path into the next phase of delivery.

Once completed, Iglu Kingsford will provide 300 beds across 285 rooms, as well as commercial and retail tenancies activating the lower levels.
