Kmart project hosts UTS Construction Technology students

Investing in the next generation starts with access to real projects.

For the sixth year, University of Technology Sydney Construction Technology students joined our Industrial team on site at Kmart Australia Limited, gaining first-hand insight into the scale, methodology and technical complexity behind the 100,000m² facility.

As UTS Lecturer Craig Barry noted, experiences like these help bridge the gap between theory and practice, giving students access to learning that can’t be replicated off site.

Sharing practical industry knowledge is one way we continue investing in the long-term capability of our industry.
