Aspect Industrial Estate Warehouse 6 & 7

Expanding logistics capacity in Western Sydney, Aspect Industrial Estate Warehouses 6 and 7 mark the third and fourth projects delivered within Mirvac’s 56-hectare industrial hub.

Delivered alongside a 3D printed café, the warehouses required detailed sequencing across precast panel installation and structural steel works to support their distinct operational models. Warehouse 6 features a split-tenancy model with integrated office spaces, while Warehouse 7 provides a dedicated single-tenancy warehouse and office solution to support streamlined operations.

The project is on track to receive a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating, supported by targeted procurement and design initiatives. Structural steel procurement helped reduce embodied carbon by 32%, with rooftop solar panels, non-potable rainwater tanks and recycled water systems supporting sustainability outcomes across both facilities.
