Delivering a new standard for resident wellbeing, with 117 independent living units spread over 12 storeys. Winner – MBA Excellence in Construction Lifestyle Living Over 55s and UDIA Excellence in Retirement Living.
A mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments encircle Kokoda’s courtyard – this biophilic design complements the cascading planters wrapping the apartments. The complex facade is comprised of different types of medium; from metal cladding and sheeting, lightweight fibre cement cladding panels to louvres, screens and windows and doors, creating an organic form.
A community cafe and amenities activate the street edge.
