Light Horse Logistics Hub Lot 3 is a 19,500sqm dual-tenancy warehouse. It is the third of four facilities delivered for repeat client Charter Hall at the Light Horse Interchange Business Hub. 6-Star Green Star Design and As-Built rating target.

With a distinctive cross laminated timber structure, Light Horse Logistic Hub Lot 3’s robust sustainability framework incorporates PV solar systems, EV charging stations, smart building metering and drought tolerant landscaping.

Designed to optimise logistics efficiency, it includes a combination of on-grade and recessed docks enabling seamless loading, an 8-tonne point load internal capacity and 13.7m ridge heights to support vertical storage.
