The 4,535m² Molonglo Emergency Services Station brings ACT Fire & Rescue and ACT Ambulance Service together in one purpose-built facility. It comprises three fire bays and four ambulance bays, supporting emergency response across Molonglo, Woden Valley and Weston Creek.
Delivery required close coordination with both services to integrate their distinct operational, accommodation and servicing requirements within a single facility.
The fully electric station incorporates rooftop solar and supports electric vehicle charging. The project achieved over 90% construction waste diversion from landfill. Green Star certification is currently under assessment, with a 5-Star rating sought.
