Transforming a 30-year-old hotel into a seven-storey waterfront development through adaptive reuse. Nautique at Rushcutters Bay delivers 117 residential apartments across one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. Premium amenities include a rooftop terrace and pool.
An operational display suite was created during the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase. The conservation and reinforcement of the existing concrete structure were prioritised throughout delivery.
Advanced site planning overcame logistical challenges associated with delivering this large-scale revitalisation in the busy precinct, ensuring minimal disruption to sensitive receivers.
