Located within Sydney’s south-western transport corridor, Bankstown Airport Lot 5A and 5B delivers a mix of retail, commercial and industrial amenities. The final stage in the Altitude Industrial Estate for repeat client Barings, the development targets a 5 Star Green Star rating.
Lot 5A spans 10,200sqm and includes two industrial warehouses.
Lot 5B, spanning 1,300sqm, is a two-storey building with retail tenancies, commercial offices and a childcare centre.
Waste management and circularity principles were embedded in the project, resulting in an 80% diversion of construction and demolition waste from landfill, 15% reduction in potable water usage and 20% reduction in carbon emissions. Both Lots 5A and 5B feature solar panels and EV charging stations.
