Reimagining 25hours Hotel  

Proudly transforming the West Olympia Theatre into Australia’s first <25hour> Hotel in collaboration with Central Element and Boston Global. 

This five-star 109-key hotel comprises a rooftop bar, restaurant and café alongside three entertainment venues, ground-floor retail and internal tiered courtyard.  

A significant adaptive reuse development, the building’s original façade was restored to preserve its heritage character.
