Located in Tamworth, the 40,000m² processing facility is the first of its kind in Australia, delivered to support improved production efficiency, food safety outcomes and sustainable operations within regional New South Wales.

The highly technical facility integrates mechanical, electrical and hydraulic infrastructure with advanced processing technology, including full air-chill processing and online bone detection. Construction was carefully coordinated alongside an operational rendering plant to maintain continuity throughout delivery.
