Multi-award winning independent living facility sets industry benchmark
Delivered to enable greater resident independence, this award-winning complex has set a new benchmark for luxury independent living. The two buildings house 79 apartments including 11 one-bedroom and 61 two-bedroom apartments, with 7 three-bedroom penthouses.
The striking facade was prototyped and developed using terracotta battens to enhance privacy and sun shading, creating a warm, premium atmosphere. Working in close collaboration with the design team, five-star amenities were realised including a 25-seat private cinema, club lounge, pool and fitness centre.
Advanced logistics planning enabled our team to deliver the residential development in a live operational environment – ensuring the continuity of nursing village life with minimal disruption.
