An award-winning 104-bed facility, designed for trusted residential aged care developer Catholic Healthcare to enrich wellbeing and promote a sense of community. The striking entrance features a 12-metre high cantilever porte- cochere roof and inset stained glass Chapel artwork creates a sense of grandeur and welcome.
Residents enjoy high-quality finishes and premium amenities including a library, hairdresser, wellness centre and chapel.
Enabling Catholic Healthcare to finalise requirements, a prototype was constructed onsite within a freestanding cottage. Stakeholder collaboration enabled the successful reduction of the ECI period.
