Winner – Sirius – 2025 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat Awards  

Sirius has won both Best Tall Building under 100 meters at the 2025 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Awards. 

The conversion of the iconic Sirius Building into modern luxury apartments in The Rocks represents one of the largest adaptive reuse projects in Sydney.  

Sirius features a number of structural and engineering innovations including carbon fibre reinforcement and custom vibration-absorbing pool mounts – enhancing durability and resilience.

Project awarded – Aspect Warehouses 6 and 7

Delivering Industrial infrastructure with repeat client Mirvac.

We’re delighted to be awarded Aspect Warehouses 6 and 7 by repeat client Mirvac. This project targets a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built rating, marking Mirvac’s first carbon-neutral industrial development.

This is RCC’s third and fourth project on the estate, following the completion of Lot 1 and the ongoing Lot 8.

Winner – Scientia Terrace 

Scientia Terrace at Monte Sant’ Angelo Mercy College wins the People’s Choice Award, Property Council of Australia National Innovation and Excellence Awards 2025. 

Monte Scientia provides students with world-class facilities including modern laboratories, multi-disciplinary sports courts and flexible learning spaces. The building showcases a bespoke façade designed to complement the heritage-listed site.

Light Horse Logistics Hub Lot 3 Completion

Sustainable and efficient industrial design.

Light Horse Logistics Hub Lot 3 – delivered in collaboration with repeat client Charter Hall and targeting a 6 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating.

The 19,700sqm double tenancy warehouse offers modern offices and flexibility for two tenants.

With a distinctive cross laminated timber office structure, Lot 3 at Light Horse Logistics Hub presents a robust sustainability framework incorporating PV solar systems, EV charging stations, smart building metering and drought tolerant landscaping.

Wee Hur Y Suites on Margaret Completion 

Delivering 409 student beds in Sydney’s university precinct.  

Proudly celebrating the completion of Wee Hur Y Suites on Margaret, in collaboration with Wee Hur. 

This purpose-built 18-storey development delivers 409 student beds in Sydney’s university precinct.  

‘Mana-gubra,’ a five-storey mural created by First Nations artist Leanne Tobin and curated by Nicole Monks, adorns the southern elevation. Comprising ten custom precast panels, meticulous detailing ensured seamless continuity across joints.
