Proudly Building Tomorrow for 50 years

From our early foundations to the projects and partnerships that define RCC today, this milestone belongs to the people who have shaped our story.

To our people, clients, consultants and trade partners—thank you for being part of the journey.

As we look ahead, we continue building with purpose, pride and a lasting commitment to tomorrow.

Mentee X Mentor Breakfast 2026

Careers are rarely built alone.

RCC’s second annual Mentor x Mentee Breakfast brought together 100 RCC people and industry peers for a morning focused on building resilience through mentorship, shared experience and connection.
The discussion explored how resilience is strengthened not just through leadership, but through the relationships and support networks we build along the way.
A live pulse survey captured current sentiment and helped shape a more meaningful discussion:

  • Support drives resilience — 83% rely on mentors and peers to navigate challenges
  • Encouragement fuels growth — 70% have been pushed towards bigger opportunities
  • Confidence strengthens leadership — 85% see a clear link between confidence and effective leadership
  • People want to lift others — 80% feel confident using their voice to support peers
  • Connection matters — 76% say their organisation enables strong networks

Thank you to everyone who joined, shared their perspective and contributed to the conversation.

2026 RCC Photography Competition Winner

Congratulations to Alex Deng, winner of the inaugural RCC Photography Competition 2026.

Created to capture our projects through the lens of those who help bring them to life, the competition celebrates everyday moments behind each build.

Alex takes home this year’s $500 prize for a standout image that captures light, detail and energy on the job.

Thank you to everyone who entered. We look forward to seeing even more entries next year.

Demonstrating commitment to care at the Integrated Mental Health Complex Westmead

RCCs delivery team is incredibly proud to have raised an outstanding $51,980 through the Integrated Mental Health Complex Westmead Easter Raffle.

These funds will directly support the Cumberland Mental Health Services Team in delivering vital programs for current and future consumers—making a meaningful difference where it matters most.

This initiative is part of the broader vision for the new purpose-built Integrated Mental Health Complex within the Westmead Health Precinct. Once complete, it will enable services currently located at the Cumberland Hospital to relocate to a modern, connected facility alongside Westmead Hospital—enhancing care, accessibility and outcomes.

With such a great turnout, the event was a genuine reflection of the collective commitment, generosity and care shared across the whole team.

Sponsored by RCC and Yaga Corporation, with special thanks to our generous raffle donors.
