We are excited to partner with Infrastructure NSW and the Powerhouse Museum to deliver the Powerhouse Museum Ultimo Revitalisation, located on the fringe of Sydney’s CBD.

This revitalisation will provide world-class exhibition spaces focused on the applied arts and sciences with:

• New and improved exhibition spaces designed to meet international museum standards
• Reimagined public domain, including 2000sqm at the northern end of The Goods Line, the Post Office Courtyard on Harris Street and an internal courtyard accessible from Macarthur Street.
• Establishment of a central, accessible circulation system to improve the visitor experience.
• Conservation and restoration of the heritage-listed Power Station buildings for their ongoing adaptive reuse by the Powerhouse Museum.

“The renovation of the Sirius building in Sydney’s Rocks is a dance of old and new and a case study in the retention, restoration, and interpretation of brutalist architecture,” commended the Australian Institute of Architects’ NSW jury. 

Winner – Sirius – Award for Residential Architecture (Multiple Housing), 2025 NSW Architecture Awards. 

The restoration of the iconic Sirius building into modern apartments represents significant adaptive reuse. Sirius features 75 apartments and premium amenities, including revitalised common area (the Phillip Room) and wellness facilities.

Delivering zero-emission infrastructure  

Proudly delivering Transport Canberra’s new electric bus depot. 

This state-of-the-art facility is the future home of the ACT’s zero-emission bus fleet and is the first bus depot in Australia to be able to shelter up to 100 electric buses.   

Beyond its electric capability, Woden Bus Depot is designed to support future solar panel charging, has 12 modern service bays, a panel shop, tyre changing and cleaning bays, storage facilities and amenities to accommodate 250 Transport Canberra staff.

Targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built Rating

Proudly commencing works at Moorebank Intermodal Precinct’s new 100,000sqm Kmart Omnichannel Fulfilment Centre, delivered in partnership with ESR Australia & NZ and Kmart Group. 

Deputy Premier Prue Car, Kmart & Target CEO John Gualtieri, and Managing Director Jamie Crookes marked the official start of works. 

Opening mid-2027, the facility will target a 5 Star Green Star rating and feature state-of-the-art automation, a 1,000kW solar system, 48 recess docks, 32 container docks and storage for 380 containers. 

Over 1,300 construction jobs and 6,800 ongoing roles are anticipated across the precinct. 

Proudly commencing works on the Sydney Biomedical Accelerator, a world-leading biomedical research complex spanning the University of Sydney’s Camperdown campus and the Sydney Local Health District’s Royal Prince Alfred Hospital campus.

In partnership with the University of Sydney, Sydney Local Health District and the NSW Government, we are delivering a globally significant facility that integrates fundamental research with clinical and patient-centred outcomes. The SBA will fast-track scientific discovery into better health solutions, tackle complex health challenges and position Sydney as a global leader in biomedical research translation.

Key stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, students, industry experts, and the broader community, have provided valuable input into the design.
