RCC’s design and innovation team, led by Samantha Kuiper, General Manager – Design & Innovation, has over 65 design managers, façade specialists, services managers, structural and digital experts. Our in-house expertise is unparalleled in Australia.

Last week, Samantha facilitated the 2025 Design Forum with external guest speakers, internal presentations and workshops

This lively forum reaffirmed our culture of design excellence, innovation and optimisation — highlighting how technology can transform project delivery outcomes and improve design quality.
